Use of this Website and the purchase of products are restricted to individuals who are:

- Legally capable of entering into binding contracts under the laws of the State of Qatar.
- SCOPE OF SALES
- Online sales are offered within the State of Qatar only.
- International shipping or cross-border sales are not available at this stage.
- Orders will be accepted and delivered only to valid addresses within Qatar.
Q Ceylon reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order that does not comply with these conditions.

All products displayed on the Website are subject to availability and acceptance.
We make every reasonable effort to ensure that product descriptions, images, and specifications are accurate. However:

6. NATURAL GEMSTONE DISCLOSURE
Q Ceylon specialises in natural gemstones. By purchasing from us, you acknowledge and agree that:
- Natural gemstones may contain inclusions, colour zoning, or internal characteristics formed naturally
- No two natural gemstones are identical
- Colour appearance may vary due to lighting conditions and digital displays
- Minor variations in gemstone shade, clarity, cut proportions, or carat weight do not constitute defects
Once a natural gemstone is sold, no exchange, return, or refund shall be accepted except in cases of proven misrepresentation of authenticity.
7. CUSTOM-MADE & BESPOKE JEWELLERY
Custom-made or bespoke jewellery is produced specifically to customer requirements.
By placing a custom order, you agree that:
- Custom orders are non-refundable and non-cancellable once production has commenced
- Final specifications (design, gemstone, size, metal, price) must be confirmed prior to production
- Minor variations in weight, gemstone appearance, or finishing may occur due to handcrafted processes
- Delivery timelines provided are estimates and may vary based on craftsmanship or sourcing
8. PRICING
• All prices are displayed in Qatari Riyals (QAR) unless stated otherwise
• Prices may change without prior notice
• Final payable amounts may include delivery charges, if applicable
In the event of an obvious pricing error, Q Ceylon reserves the right to cancel the order and refund any amounts paid.
9. PAYMENT METHODS
• Credit / Debit Cards
• Bank Transfer
• Cash on Delivery (COD)
Orders paid by bank transfer will be confirmed only after receipt of cleared funds.
Q Ceylon reserves the right to:
• Request additional verification for payments
• Refuse Cash on Delivery for certain orders
• Cancel orders where payment validation or fraud checks fail
10. DELIVERY (QATAR ONLY)
• Delivery is available only within Qatar
• Delivery timelines are estimates and not guaranteed
• Delays due to logistics, public holidays, force majeure, or unforeseen circumstances shall not constitute breach
Risk of loss passes to the customer upon successful delivery.
11. RETURNS, EXCHANGES & REFUNDS
Strict Jewellery Policy
Returns, exchanges, or refunds are not accepted for:
• Custom-made or bespoke jewellery
• Earrings (for hygiene reasons)
• Natural gemstones once sold
• Products showing signs of wear, damage, or alteration
Returns may be considered only in cases of verified manufacturing defects, at the sole discretion of Q Ceylon.
All approved returns must:
• Be unused
• Be in original condition and packaging
• Be accompanied by proof of purchase
12. WARRANTY
Q Ceylon provides a limited workmanship warranty covering manufacturing defects in metal settings only.
The warranty does not cover:
- Natural gemstone characteristics
- Wear and tear
- Accidental damage or misuse
- Alterations or repairs by third parties
Warranty claims must be submitted via email to info@qceylon.com with supporting documentation.
13. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All content on the Website, including text, images, designs, logos, trademarks, and layout, is the exclusive property of Q Ceylon Gem and Jewellery W.L.L. and is protected under applicable intellectual property laws.
No content may be reproduced, distributed, or used for commercial purposes without prior written consent.
14. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the maximum extent permitted by Qatari law:
- Q Ceylon shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
- Liability, if any, shall be strictly limited to the value of the product purchased
